We erected a large steel double garage on to an exisisting concrete pad over a year ago. The pad is considerably larger than the shed. We now have a severe problem of flooding with all the heavy rain we have been getting. My husband tried foam filler but no luck. We have been sand bagging but still the water is getting under what can we do?
Please help. We are pensioners so cannot afford anything too expensive.

Ed in your diagram I have the same problem ,did anyone find a cure for this problem in eds diagram ?
Would it be possible concrete a slope around the edge and shed ?
Mastic is not a option on my large shed as I've tried it and still leaks ?
Some please help as need as much advice as possible.
