Suncast Storage Building 7 x 3
My husband and I bought the Suncast Mini Storage Building at Sears about two years ago, to get some extra room for yard tools, car stuff, and the like. We compared the various sizes to find one that would fit on our 10' x 15' deck without taking up too much room. This model, at roughly 8' x 4', was the perfect size, while still giving us plenty of storage room for long-handled shovels, brooms, and rakes. The fact that it cost less than $300 on sale was also a selling point.
Assembly was easy - the only extra tool we needed was a drill, and that was only because we anchored the support bolts into the deck itself for added stability. The parts snap together with only a little effort, and the whole shed went up in about two hours. Even though there are only a handful of screws used in the assembly, the shed is strong, with no leaks of any kind. The design even includes spaces inside to hang things like bungee cords or rope. The picture on the manufacturer's website is somewhat misleading, though, as there are no shelves included. We eventually purchased a tall set of plastic shelves.
I recommend this shed to anyone looking for maximum storage capability while using minimum space.
