Screened Shed

Hi John,
I have a walk out door from my basement,regular single sized door.I have a retaining wall on either side,they are concrete five feet high and ten inches thick.

I want to cover this area in with a metal roof with glass windows on top of the walls on both sides,and screening and a screen door at the end how do I go about this?
