Lifetime shed foundation - Do I need to Build or can I just Dig?

I am purchasing a Lifetime Shed it measures 12x8 and comes with a floor which I believe is an 12x8 piece of plastic about one inch thick.

Do I need to build a base for this shed or can I simply level the ground around the shed?

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
