no permit NEW

I bought an 8 by 10 shed one and a half yearrs ago from sams asked for the specs so I could get a permit to install, they took about 3 weeks and received a application applied #pending so I waited about 6 months talked shed manager he said permission granted in florida, but wind load zone info was not included, I am waiting and the company will not get an engineer to do the wind load required ingo they say it will not pass without this info .shed looks good in the box.

Great Shed, No Problems So far

I've had my Lifetime shed for about 3 years now. I have not had any problems. I have not had to do any maintenance and the shed still looks great and functions well. The shed actually looks better than my house. It has held up through winters with heavy snow and summers with strong wind and high heat.
My main concern with these sheds was security concerns because they are plastic. But they would be just as difficult to break into as a wood shed and I have not had any problems, even though the shed is in my front yard. We had a bike stolen once, but that was because we left it out of the shed!
