Insulating a shed

I have today (10/09/09) had a basic wooden shed delivered - this one in fact: (copy & paste into browser)

I want to insulate the walls and the roof so it can be used all year round. And also strengthen and insulate the the floor.

I am looking at using 2400 x 1200 x 25mm or 50mm Recticel PUR Insulating Board for the walls and ceiling.

But I am lost after that.

Any suggestions would be a great help - thanks!
