Heartland DIY Rancher Special 10' x 14'

Four weeks of labor and this is the result! My wife and I got our own outdoor space, a shed!
We bought this shed to stop the clashing battles in the garage. Our garage used to be a battle ground between our personal outdoor items like our garden accessories and our children's bikes amongst other things. My wife and I both love the outdoors. So do our children. In there lies the problem which was solved by purchasing this awesome shed.
My wife insisted on getting a shed that somewhat resembled the décor of our house. She said "It must match." After looking around at a few places we decided to purchase the Heartland DIY Rancher Special which was roughly two thousand dollars.
At 10' x 14' the shed was the perfect size for our outside tools. The shed itself is very durable and we use it for our gardening supplies, rake, pool cover and our riding lawn mower. We did have to buy a little trolley which serves as a plank so the lawn mower can just ride right up into the shed. The shed has two large skylights which can be handy when it is dark. The window on the right lets in quite a bit of light which is something I prefer.
Putting the shed together was not so fun. My wife helped me. The instructions were quite simple as putting the shelf itself together but each task seemed so tedious in length (time wise). Most of all the tools were supplied. We had three upper storage cubes, 1 lower storage cube, workbench shelf, pegboard and 56-piece hooks/hangers. The door also came with a steel upgrade. The window and door were probably the trickiest part. There were so many hooks and trust me your hand hurts after cranking that little bolt lever over and over.
Overall this is a great shed and it ties in with our house. We splurged a little more on the money side when it came to actually picking out our shed. If you are looking for something long term with great durability I would suggest buying something of a little more value.
