Shed Building Monthly

Issue 38 - June 2012

Welcome to Shed Building Monthly

After three and a half years of publishing Shed Building Monthly month in month out without fail I dipped below the radar for the last 5 months…Ouch!

But now I’m back! ;-)

Lets start with a bit of a retrospective

Lets look at some of the great projects that visitors to this site have completed over the last 4 years.

A good range of the projects can be found here.

Here's a few of my favourites and the reasons why:

The one with the best location has to be Yonderosa

The one that stuck with me for just being a great project was David Fords’ retirement shed

Ian Douglas opted to build his shed out of concrete blocks. This was one of the more unusual choices of material but it is great to see the sequence of pictures in Ians’ shed build.

What is going to be in the next issues of Shed Building Monthly?

I really would like to hear from you.

It would be great if you could get back to me (just reply to this email) with answers to some or all of the following three questions

1. What do you like about the website?

2. Is there a shed building topic that you would like to know more about?

3. Do you have some recent pictures of a shed building topic that you would like to share?

Please let me know

I hope you enjoy browsing through the shed projects and also look forward to your feedback on the site or to share you project. ;-)

See you next month with more sheds

PS. Are you looking for shed plans?

The plans mentioned in the previous issue are still available.

They have advice on everything from the initial planning process and how to make sure that you are not breaking the law, to ordering materials and detailed step by step instructions to make sure that you know exactly what you are building before you start.

PS. Click here to find out more about what is included in the shed plans.

PPS. Please forward this e-mail to your friends/family who may be interested in building a shed or even just great shed architecture!
