12 x 12 shed

I want to build a 12x12 shed with the front wall 8 ft tall. I have the floor and wall framing figured but I live in South Georgia so I think a 4/12 or a 5/12 slope would work but don't know how tall the back wall should be to get this slope.

I have a 12 x 12 shed and there are no gutters. The wood boards below the roof line are rotting.
Do I need gutters? Do I just need to repair fascia and soffit.
